Aerecura crafted Miranda’s garden's rammed earth structures, including the headstone, seating, and retaining elements.

Stones, earth, and materials gathered from places that held significance throughout Miranda's life were carefully incorporated into the walls and headstone, creating a physical connection between memory and the landscape Miranda loved. The layers of colour within the earth reference Lake Ontario, the fields of Prince Edward County, and the surrounding sky.

Grounded in natural materials and designed to endure, the garden reflects the ability to - through thoughtful and intentional construction and design - hold meaning beyond function alone and the garden has become a space that honours a life while becoming part of the landscape itself.
