FieldBird Cider was established with a vision of creating a biodynamic, holistic farm rooted in stewardship, ecological agriculture, and a deep connection to the land.

Aerecura transformed an existing storage building into a welcoming retail and tasting space. The project focused on adapting the structure to support its new purpose while maintaining the character and practicality of the original building.

Beyond the building itself, the surrounding landscape became an integral part of the project. Garden beds, gathering spaces, and productive plantings were carefully incorporated to create an environment that reflects the values at the heart of the farm. The result is a space that feels connected to both the agricultural work taking place around it and the people who visit.
